E‑consultations are usually answered within 2 hours, but no later than 3 working days.
Make an appointment
You can make an appointment using the online platform or call 020-664 2197 between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. To make appointments for consultations and house calls that cannot wait until the next day, you can call between 8:00 and 9:00 am so that you can be seen the same day.

Please call the assistant in a timely manner if an appointment cannot be made. Someone else can come at that time.
Between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, you can visit our practice to have your blood drawn or submit samples for laboratory diagnostics, including STD testing, urine tests, and feces tests. No appointment is required!
You are always free to choose the GP of your preference. Please note that you may have to wait longer for your appointment.
